Ana Paula Bud Vase

Inspired by minimalist style, finished with an earthy sand finish

This ceramic bud vase is influenced by organic shapes and Wabi Sabi living with its matte porous finish. The versatile piece can be styled with or without florals (the insides are glazed). Each vase is hand-thrown to bring out slight variations. It takes approximately a week from start to finish by a group of 7 artisans in their Tonalá, pueblo workshop with traditional Guadalajara techniques. The area is known as the heart of Mexican ceramic heritage. Dimension: 3.25" D x 5" H.

The Ana Paula is named after the maker's partner in Guadalajara - a strong women who is in charge of her own destiny. She founded her own ceramic design studio at age 26 and leads the group of seasoned artisans.
