Not your typical California Chardonnay, Jordan is a wine of remarkable balance achieved through a combination of night-harvested Russian River Valley grapes, classical winemaking techniques, and French oak aging. On the palate, this white delivers pure stone fruit flavors with vibrant acidity and a succulent finish that practically begs for another sip. Often mistaken for a white Burgundy in blind tastings, this elegant wine pairs beautifully with a broad range of foods such as seafood and poultry.
