Eclipse Necklace

In honor of the 2017 total solar eclipse, a limited edition Eclipse Necklace

Son of a Sailor combined two pendants, one brass and one black, to act out this quark of cosmic geometry. The black pendant crosses the gold as the moon crosses the sun during a total solar eclipse. Features a brass and a coated black charm on a gold-fill chain. Single pendant diameter: 10mm (just shy of 1/2 in.)

William Knopp and Jessica Tata are the husband and wife team behind Son of a Sailor. Their inspiration comes from the application of color, pattern, and geometry to materials with a rich history and story. They embrace the convergence of innovation, functionality, storytelling, and bright, bold geometry in all of their designs. The Son of a Sailor line is handmade in their Austin, Texas studio.
